During my Marketing/Social Media Internship with the Adrian College Arrington Bookstore, I successfully planned and executed its first-ever Cyber Monday sale. I also developed instructional manuals for website management, the Arrington Ice Arena Pro Shop, and retail consistency. Additionally, I managed social media platforms, organized promotions like the ‘12 Days of Christmas’ sale and ‘Football Frenzy,’ and expanded in-store events to online audiences. This experience strengthened my skills in digital marketing, content creation, and strategic planning.

Cyber Monday Sale
For the Arrington Bookstore's inaugural Cyber Monday sale, I spearheaded the planning and execution, driving a 335.84% increase in sales compared to the previous year. The successful event featured exclusive online promotions, helping to boost both traffic and engagement across the bookstore’s digital platforms.
I helped organize and promote the '12 Days of Christmas' sale at the Arrington Bookstore, offering 25% off select items like hoodies and T-shirts. This event was strategically timed to maximize holiday shopping and drive customer engagement across social media platforms, contributing to a significant boost in sales. The promotion successfully captured the festive spirit and attracted both in-store and online customers.

Football Frenzy
I planned and executed the 'Football Frenzy' sale, where discounts ranged from 5% to 20% based on the number of touchdowns the football team scored. To expand its reach, I made the sale available online for the first time, increasing accessibility and participation. This creative promotion successfully engaged the campus community and drove both in-store and online sales.
